In this role, you will collaborate closely with production, inventory, and operations teams to streamline workflows and optimize factory processes. This opportunity requires a solid foundation in software development principles and the ability to apply technical skills to solve real-world challenges in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional experience in software development and is proficient in programming languages, version control, database management, and software testing methodologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features, improving system performance, and ensuring software quality through test-driven development practices. This position does not include managing a team but emphasizes individual contribution and cross-functional cooperation to achieve operational excellence.Job Specification:

• Develop, customize, and maintain the ERP system to support manufacturing workflows and operations.
