- Responsible for supporting the overall manufacturing process, through the application of broad knowledge to solve operational, as well as routine tasks in Latex Application
- Start up new and existing machinery and line operation components as needed for continuous improvement projects.
- Provide all needed assistance to other team members and production employees as necessitated.
- Follow safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and quality policies and regulations.
- Keep workspace clean and organized to maximize safety and productivity. Offer suggestions for workspace improvement.
- Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
- Follow all established standard operating procedures
- Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
