The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
As a GTM Program Manager at Moloco, you will own our creative review and policy programs end to end, building content policy, optimizing review processes, managing global vendor operations, and scaling operations through AI-driven automation that keeps Moloco's GTM efficient, compliant, and fast as the business grows.
You'll face problems no one has solved before, build the first solution, and scale it into a global playbook. Driving alignment with Sales, Supply, Legal, and Product, you'll drive operational excellence across creative review process and policy, replace manual effort with AI and automation, turn messy operational data into decisions, and set the standard for how global-scale operations run at Moloco.
The Opportunity:
- Own end-to-end program management across creative review process, policy, and vendor operations, hold quality and compliance standards while sustaining rapid turnaround times.
- Build global-scale content policy and operational workflows from scratch, and keep them current and effective as systems, tools, and risks evolve.
- Create comprehensive documentation and training programs for internal teams on program best practices, escalation procedures, policy updates to provide guidance.
- Deliver measurable efficiency gains through AI and automation that ease resource constraints while improving service quality and productivity.
- Report program performance with data; define structured KPIs, track them with automation, surface optimization opportunities proactively, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Supply, Legal, and Product; where priorities compete, weigh the tradeoffs, make sound independent decisions, and communicate to ensure program alignment with technical requirements and business objectives.
- Shape the product roadmap by translating operational pain points into well-defined technical requirements, backed by data-driven impact analysis and prioritization.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- 5-8 years of program management experience in global-scale policy development and operations, GTM strategy and operations, process optimization, or vendor management, ideally built from scratch with tight resources. Consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong ownership mentality; owning the output, not the input, driving outcomes without waiting for direction, expanding scope proactively, and holding the quality bar in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Data-driven problem solving; structured root-cause analysis under limited resources, turning messy operational data into accurate, decision-ready narratives.
- Practical fluency in applying AI to real operational workflows; comfortable building global-scale automation, processes, policy and technical solutions independently. Experience in developing AI agent solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to resolve complex pain points across diverse stakeholders; balancing competing priorities and business needs by driving discussion toward workable solutions.
- Strength in building documentation, policies, training, and enablement that institutionalize best practices, escalation procedures, and operational workflows, delivered as polished external assets that advertisers can actually use.
- Strong prioritization across multiple simultaneous programs under tight deadlines, without compromising quality.
- Fluency in English.
