Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationship throughout the customer lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of platform system and tools
- Provide best practices to clients
- Strive for excellent customer service and delivery, ensuring any concerns/complaints are dealt with and responded to promptly
- Lessons learned are identified and shared with the relevant teams
- Engage with customer to promote software adoption and onboarding strategies
- Provides renewal sales quotations and responds to requests for proposals
- Manage book of business
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Experience:
o Requires 0 to 2 years of related experience
o Requires a bachelor’s degree
o Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
o Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
· Computer/Technical:
o Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
o Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
o Salesforce experience is a plus
Other Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
o Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
o Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
o Strong client focus with exceptional collaborative and influencing skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Normal office environment
2. Extending viewing of computer screens
3. Some overnight travel required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Frequently sits at a computer terminal and desk
· Frequently walks to other areas within or outside of the department to distribute or gather information
· Occasional standing; occasional lifting moderate loads up to 25 lbs.; frequent bending
· Stooping, crouching while filing; occasional reaching, twisting, turning
· Frequent handling of files, pencils, and paper; frequent keyboarding, writing, and other duties requiring fingering
· Continuous hearing
· Use of near/midrange/far vision and speaking to disseminate information
