Solutions Engineering Operations Specialist

Position Overview

The role keeps our demo infrastructure running so Solutions Engineers can focus on selling, not troubleshooting. You own the setup, upkeep, and quality checks across 75+ demo environments that support live client presentations and enterprise sales opportunities across all Momentive solutions. Your work happens behind the scenes, but it shows up in every demo a prospect sees.

A Day in the Life

• Set up and configure NimbleAMS demo environments for enterprise sales opportunities, following the OneTSO process (about 60 per year)
• Personalize demo environments for Enterprise AMS opportunities (about 120 per year)
• Run routine QA and health checks across 75+ demo environments every two weeks, testing connections and confirming basic functionality
• Build and maintain realistic, compelling demo data across all solution environments on an ongoing basis
• Partner with Solutions Engineering leads for each solution area to make sure environments meet quality and content standards
• Flag environment issues or data gaps to the right Solutions Engineering team member for resolution
• Track recurring tasks across multiple systems and keep supporting documentation current
• Support ad hoc requests from Solutions Engineers ahead of high-priority demos

We are looking for someone who brings

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support, QA, systems administration, or a similar operational role
• Experience working inside a CRM, AMS, or similar SaaS platform; Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics admin experience is helpful, but not required
• Exposure to a cloud platform such as AWS or Azure is a plus; no specific platform is required
• Experience working in a fast-paced, remote, or cross-functional team is a plus
• Technical/Computer Skills:
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple SaaS platforms
• Basic understanding of how CRM or AMS systems are configured and connected
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with ticketing or task tracking tools is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes consistently
• Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage recurring work across multiple systems
• Clear communicator who works well in a remote, cross-functional environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-moving software company
• Comfortable managing a steady, high-volume workload with a recurring cadence
