About The Role:
We're looking for a Director of Global IT to lead our IT organization at monday. You'll own the Global IT Service, covering the on-site Service Center and help desk teams in Tel Aviv, Warsaw, New York and APJ that together deliver ongoing support, Systems & Cloud, covering network, endpoints, identity and access, physical security systems, our SaaS stack and cloud infrastructure, and IT program management, covering SOX controls, business continuity, new office build-outs and budget.

What you'll do
Lead, mentor and grow an IT organization across TLV, EMEA, US and APJ.
Own the global IT domain end to end: 24/7 coverage, the Service Center, employee onboarding and offboarding, meeting rooms, procurement and a very high-tempo day-to-day.
Own systems, network and cloud infrastructure, access control and SaaS management, in close partnership with IT Security.
Push our automation and AI-first support further, expanding the bots, self-service and internal tooling that already absorb a large share of ticket volume, so the team can spend more of its time on strategic projects.
Set IT strategy and roadmap, bring your own initiatives and insights, and partner with Security, People, Finance, Workplace and business leaders to land them.
Set architecture direction, evaluate technologies, and drive vendor selection and rollout across the company.
Partner with teams across engineering, security and the business to align technology decisions with business needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT, including 4+ years leading global IT teams and managing managers.
Experience in a fast-growing cloud or SaaS company. You do well in a high-volume, fast-changing environment and stay close to the ground.
Strong technical foundation across endpoints, networking, cloud infrastructure, identity and access, and SaaS management, with an automation-first instinct.
Experience managing distributed teams across time zones and sites.
Advantage: compliance and audit work (SOX, SOC 2, ISO), business continuity, vendor and budget management.
Background in cyber defense and securing IT systems and infrastructure.
Degree in computer science, information systems, cyber or a related technical field, or equivalent professional background.
