About The Role

• Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy for Brazil, with a focus on driving partner pipeline and revenue through key partners including Solution Partners and Reseller partners.

• Manage regional partner budget & MDF allocation with a focus on delivering pipeline

• Plan with strategic channel partners their marketing GTM, review and approve proposal Brazil plans from all partners in the region

• Strategic and tactical execution of in-person events, conference sponsorships, partner webinars, customer marketing, and outbound programs with partners

• Lead Brazil’s partner-led event strategy and execution in collaboration with the partnership, design, field, and event production teams

• Act as the primary marketing contact across the entire Brazil partner ecosystem, with the ability to prioritise partners based on revenue potential

• Identify opportunities to include partners in regional marketing-led initiatives such as campaigns and events.

• Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and analysis of all partner marketing activities.

• Experience using data and metrics to drive efficiencies and improvements

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is a must.

• 4+ years of experience in partner marketing

• Budget management experience/MDF (Marketing Development Funds) Program management experience

• Deep understanding of the Brazilian market and different industries.

• Marketing event management experience is an advantage

• Both high-level strategic thinking alongside hands-on requirements and skills.

• Working in a high-speed and dynamic environment.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at any given point in time.
