Senior Marketing Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who acts as a true business partner while mastering complex data structures and technical implementation. In this role, you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical analytics, driving high-impact decisions across our user acquisition channels. You will own our data pipeline logic for performance marketing, partner directly with growth leads, and turn raw channel data into actionable scaling strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with marketing and growth teams to translate commercial goals into actionable analytical frameworks and measurement models.

• Own end-to-end analytics for major User Acquisition platforms (Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.), optimizing spend, attribution, and channel performance.

• Design, build, and maintain robust marketing data structures, tracking specs, and data models to support scalable reporting.

• Analyze complex user journeys, campaign ROI, and customer lifetime value (LTV) to uncover sustainable growth opportunities.

• Build high-reliability dashboards, attribution models, and predictive frameworks to guide budget allocation.

What We’re Looking For

• Marketing Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience working directly with data from major UA platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SDKs, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Adjust).

• Strong Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction/transformation, experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI). Python or R is a strong plus.

• Data Architecture Ownership: Demonstrated capability to model, structure, and clean multi-source marketing data for accurate reporting.

• Strategic Business Partnership: Proven track record of presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders, influencing budget decisions, and thinking commercially-not just technically.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance media analytics, or product analytics focused on user acquisition.
