Presales Solution Consultant – Data and AI

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Presales Solution Consultant to join our AI team.

In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and identify how data and AI solutions can help them achieve their goals. You'll combine technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset, supporting the sales process, shaping solution proposals, and helping clients turn their ideas into practical, high-value solutions.

We're looking for someone who feels comfortable discussing both business needs and technical possibilities, enjoys working with people, and can translate complex requirements into clear, effective solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to work with Data&AI technologies, collaborate with international teams, and contribute to interesting projects for clients across different industries and markets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to understand client challenges and identify the most suitable Data & AI solutions.

• Take ownership of the presales process, from initial discussions and opportunity assessment to solution proposals, demonstrations, and client presentations.

• Organize and lead client meetings and workshops to explore business needs, gather technical requirements, and define potential solutions.

• Design Data & AI solutions tailored to client needs, using cloud technologies, data integration, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.

• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and business cases that clearly communicate the value of our solutions and support successful sales outcomes.

• Keep up with the latest developments in Data & AI, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and recommend innovative approaches.

• Help improve our presales processes by developing reusable materials, solution templates, and best practices that make future projects more efficient.

• Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, support team development, and contribute to building expertise across the organization.

Requirements: 

• At least 5 years of professional experience in presales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar roles, preferably within Data & AI projects.

• Solid understanding of modern data platforms and cloud technologies, such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Hands-on knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and data science applications, with the ability to identify how these technologies can address real business challenges.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear, engaging, and business-oriented way.

• Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders, leading technical discussions, workshops, and solution presentations.

• Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs, estimate project scope, and contribute to pricing discussions.

• A consultative mindset, with the ability to understand client needs, recommend suitable solutions, and help define technology strategies and roadmaps.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, allowing you to confidently communicate with international clients and technical teams.

Nice to have:

• Databricks certification (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate/Professional or Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional).
