Unpaid - Integrated Marketing & Business Development Intern

Job Overview：

We are looking for a proactive Integrated Marketing & Business Development Intern to join our

team. This role will involve participating in marketing strategy execution, user growth initiatives, and campus

business development, with a focus on leveraging moomoo's product advantages to drive user acquisition and

engagement.

What you'll do：

• Develop a deep understanding of moomoo's core product features (professional tools, real-time data, low-cost investing, etc.) and US stock market insights, serving as the key campus liaison to execute localized marketing strategies and drive brand penetration.
• Develop and implement user acquisition strategies: Design multi-channel promotional campaigns (including social media, communities, etc.), leverage referral mechanisms to effectively reach and engage target audiences, and optimize the user acquisition funnel to drive signups, account openings, and conversions.
• Lead community marketing operations: Establish and manage campus user communities, gather targeted user insights, deliver valuable market and product updates, and design interactive online/offline events to enhance user retention and engagement.
• Drive campus business development: Build and maintain partnerships with student clubs, academic organizations, and campus influencers; plan joint marketing initiatives; and expand high-quality campus promotion channels.
• Create data-driven marketing content: Leverage product features, user needs, and US stock market trends to produce high-quality content (articles, copy, case studies) highlighting moomoo's competitive advantages, delivering 3+ compelling pieces weekly in alignment with marketing campaign schedules.
• Support cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with headquarters marketing and user growth teams to collect campus user feedback, track campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights for continuous strategy optimization.

Requirements

Who You Are：

• Current student: Enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited U.S. university.
• Campus leader: A natural leader who is well-connected and actively engaged in student organizations and campus life.
• Social media savvy: Active on platforms popular among college students (Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, RedNote, etc.).
• Proactive self-starter: Ambitious and driven-you don't just wait for opportunities; you create them.
• Background & passion: Experience in finance, fintech, or business is a plus, but a genuine passion for learning and investing is all you need to start.
