More.com offers a pan-European ticketing marketplace with 15 years of experience, thousands of clients, and millions of tickets issued annually. In 2021, More.com started expanding its ticketing services in Europe and is currently present in 6 countries.

The Team

Our Product team develops and continuously improves More.com's ticketing platform, working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional experiences for customers and event organizers. We operate as builders-embracing AI-assisted workflows, experimentation and collaboration to turn ideas into valuable product outcomes.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Marousi, Athens (on-site), reporting to the Senior Product Manager. You will support the development of More.com's international web products and work alongside experienced Product Managers, Engineers and Designers. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in Product Management while learning how digital products are discovered, built and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Product and Senior Product Manager in planning and delivering initiatives across More.com's international web platforms.
• Gather and document business requirements, customer feedback and market insights.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria and product documentation with guidance from senior team members.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design and QA to support smooth feature delivery.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for incremental improvements.
• Participate in product discovery activities, customer interviews, usability testing and competitor analysis.
• Support testing, release preparation and post-launch monitoring.
• Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable or similar, to research ideas, prototype concepts and improve product workflows.
• Maintain product documentation, release notes and knowledge resources.
• Continuously develop Product Management skills by learning from experienced product leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis or a similar role is an advantage.
• Professional background in a technology, digital product, or software-driven environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn from data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar tools is considered an advantage.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable or Cursor is highly desirable.
