International Account & Coordination Manager

More.com offers a pan-European ticketing marketplace with 15 years of experience, thousands of clients, and millions of tickets issued annually. In 2021, More.com started expanding its ticketing services in Europe and is currently present in 6 countries.

The Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced International Account & Coordination Manager to join us at our Marousi offices, who will work closely with our Account Managers based in our European offices, and act as the main point of contact between them and Μore.com's internal teams. At the same time, this person will provide direct, hands-on support to our clients - event organizers - across European countries.

To excel in this role, you should be a confident, active listener with a genuine drive to deliver customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, can take ownership of multiple account management projects and cross-border responsibilities at once, and pays close attention to detail.

Experience in the entertainment industry and/or ticketing platforms will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth hands-on expertise on the More.com platform and how it operates.
• Oversee the learning & development (L&D) lifecycle of our team members at the European offices and provide second-level support for their day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and closely monitor the daily tasks and workflow of our Account Managers, ensuring consistent standards, timely follow-up, and smooth collaboration across markets.
• Manage a portfolio of event organizers in European countries where Μore.com does not have a local presence, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships while continuously improving how we work together.
• Assist the Account Managers in supporting their event organizers (from onboarding and registration on the More.com platform, to event creation, to collecting and acting on their feedback).
• Oversee all internal processes related to the accounts, working closely and collaboratively with all other teams and departments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in client/partner account management, sales support, or customer success.
• Experience working in multinational environments and cooperating with professionals across different markets or countries.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency across MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Dynamics).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of French, German or Spanish is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across cultures.
• Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and follow up on multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
