岗位职责：
1、数学规划模型和算法的设计，并根据业务需要作适当调整；
2、局部搜索算法（禁忌搜索，贪婪算法，遗传算法等）的设计；
3、根据离散数据进行拟合函数的算法设计；
4、审核开发人员对算法逻辑的理解；
5、验证软件算法逻辑的正确。
任职要求：
1、计算机、数学、电子等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、良好的数学功底，具有较强的数据建模能力、问题分析能力和学习能力；
3、了解数学模型设计和算法的代码实现。了解使用仿真工具，进行算法的验证；
4、熟练Java开发、Scala、Python/R等语言，熟练掌握Spark ML/Python Sklearn/Tensorflow/Caffe等机器学习和深度学习框架中的一种或多种；
5、了解神经网络基本原理，具备相关模型构建、训练、调优的实践经验。比如，异常检测、文本分析和挖掘、自然语言处理、文本理解、分类、模式识别等。
