Program Manager, CRM Transformation
Novartis is seeking a Program Manager to support a large-scale CRM transformation and migration program. This role will be responsible for coordinating activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables throughout the program lifecycle.
The Program Manager will serve as the central point of integration across business, product, technology, data, change management, and deployment teams. Working closely with workstream leads, this individual will help establish clear ownership, track progress against program milestones, manage governance processes, and provide leadership with transparency into program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
This role is not responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of individual workstreams. Instead, the Program Manager will ensure the program operates as a cohesive whole by driving coordination, communication, governance, and accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Integration
Coordinate activities across multiple CRM program workstreams to ensure alignment against program objectives.
Maintain an integrated view of milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key decisions.
Ensure clear ownership and accountability for program deliverables across participating teams.
Facilitate cross-functional planning and coordination meetings.
Partner with workstream leads to understand progress, challenges, and upcoming activities.
Milestone, Risk & Dependency Management
Maintain the master program plan and milestone roadmap.
Track progress against agreed-upon deliverables and timelines.
Identify, document, and monitor key risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Coordinate resolution of cross-functional issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
Provide leadership with visibility into program health and delivery risks.
Governance & Executive Communications
Support program governance processes, including steering committees, leadership reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
Consolidate updates from workstream leaders into a single program view.
Track decisions, action items, and commitments resulting from governance forums.
Ensure consistent and effective communication across stakeholder groups.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong working relationships across business, product, technology, data, and change management teams.
Facilitate alignment on priorities, timelines, and program objectives.
Drive transparency and information sharing across workstreams.
Support communication and change readiness activities as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of program management, PMO, project management, business operations, or related experience.
Experience supporting complex CRM, customer engagement, technology, or digital transformation programs.
Demonstrated success coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a matrixed environment.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across teams.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting CRM migrations or CRM transformation programs.
Experience working with Salesforce, Veeva, or similar customer engagement platforms.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries.

Workstream teams remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Location: East Hanover, NJ East Hanover, NJ (3 Days onsite and 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $56 - $88/hour W-2 Only (based on Education/Experience)
Contract: 12-month
