Develop a comprehensive view of technology and data investments supporting launch objectives.
Connect initiatives across platforms and teams to identify dependencies, overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for synergy.
Help ensure launch-related capabilities align with broader platform strategies and technology roadmaps.
Promote reuse, scalability, and consistency across technology and data solutions whenever possible.
Partner with business and technology leaders to support informed investment and prioritization decisions.

Facilitate governance forums and leadership reviews.
Maintain visibility into risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
Translate complex technical and operational information into concise business-focused communications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in program management, PMO, business operations, platform operations, or related roles.
Experience coordinating complex technology and data initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting product launches, launch readiness activities, or launch enablement programs.
Familiarity with CRM, customer data, reporting, analytics, omnichannel engagement, and commercial operations capabilities.
Experience working within Agile or Product Operating Model environments.
What Success Looks Like
