Обязанности:

Планирование закупок:

  • Формирование и актуализирование плана графика закупок, внесение в него изменений
  • Сбор и обобщение заявок от подразделений на приобретение товаров, работ, услуг

Отчётность и аналитика:

  • Составление регулярных отчётов по закупочной деятельности (ежемесячные, квартальные, годовые), включая отчёты об объёме закупок у ЕП
  • Подготовка данных для внутреннего контроля и внешних проверок, участие в формировании пояснений к отчётности

Работа с бумажным и электронным архивом:

  • Ведение номенклатуры дел Дирекции по закупкам, обеспечение своевременного формирования и оформления документов в дела
  • Организация хранения закупочной документации (протоколов, коммерческих предложений и иных документов в соответствии с установленными сроками хранения)
  • Обеспечение учёта и систематизации электронных документов в СЭД и иных информационных системах
  • Проведение ежегодной экспертизы ценности документов, формирование актов на уничтожение документов с истёкшими сроками хранения
  • Контроль полноты и корректности прикрепления скан копий и электронных версий документов в реестры контрактов
Требования:

  • Высшее образование

  • Аналогичный опыт работы от 3 лет

  • Опыт работы в Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), желательно знание МосЭДО, 1С
