Electronics Engineer for Imaging Systems

Mosaic is looking for an experienced hardware developer / electrical engineer. The successful candidate will work as part of a team developing advanced industrial 360º camera systems. Our small team is located mostly in Prague. Our company is focused on building 3D scanning and 360º imaging solutions for street mapping, autonomous vehicle training, VFX, and other industrial and commercial applications. Mosaic counts among its customers the world’s largest, best-known names in their respective sectors.
The successful candidate will be tasked with leading electronics design from idea through prototype to serial production. Focus on industrial grade imaging devices and embedded computing systems.
Required skills and experience
The candidate should have:
Master’s degree in Electrical engineering or related fields
Strong design experience in fields of digital, analog and mixed signal design, high speed signaling and communications
PCB layout experience
Focus on reliability, manufacturability and EMC compliance
Measurement and soldering skills (board bring-up)
Working experience with Altium Designer software
Nice to have:
Experience with low level C programming
Experience with optical systems, low noise design patterns
Knowledge of standards and usual normative requirements

Either way, you will be a crucial part of our small team, building foundations for products that will be used for years to come. You're allowed to work from home most of the time, if you prefer or in our office at Andel (Prague, Czech Republic). We can communicate either in English or Czech.
