Обязанности:
  • Поддержка АРМ порльзователей ( Установка, сопровождение, контроль, вывод).
  • Управление техническими ресурсами в ответственности команды ( Оборудование, VLAN, DHCP, мощности гипервизоров, CMDB).
  • Автоматизация деятельности ( скрипты, алгоритмы, мониторинги, метрики).
Требования:
  • Опыт работы в технической поддержке или системном администрировании от 3 лет.
  • Опыт сопровождения пользовательских АРМ: установка, настройка, диагностика, вывод.
  • Уверенное знание Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy.
  • Практический опыт работы с DNS, DHCP, VLAN, IP-адресацией.
  • Опыт работы с виртуализацией: VMware, Hyper-V или аналог, контроль мощностей гипервизоров.
  • Понимание и опыт работы с CMDB / инвентаризацией оборудования.
  • Уверенное владение PowerShell, базовые навыки Bash или Python.
