Die professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste am Empfang ist zu jeder Zeit sehr wichtig - von der herzlichen Begrüßung beim Check-In bis zur Verabschiedung, bist Du für die Frühaufsteher und Nachtschwärmer unter unseren Gästen da. Dabei kümmerst Du dich außerdem um:

  • Erstellung der Tagesabschlüsse
  • Kassenführung und -abrechnung
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen
  • Frühstücksvorbereitung

Ob als Hotelprofi oder im Quereinstieg - Du passt zu uns! Denn Persönlichkeit und Gastgeberqualitäten stehen bei uns an erster Stelle! Außerdem zeichnet dich aus:

  • Ausbildung im Hotelfach bzw. Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder Interesse an einem Quereinstieg
  • Gastgeberqualitäten und Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung
  • Offenes, kommunikatives und sicheres Auftreten sowie eine gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch & Englisch
