Nächster Karriereschritt: Supervisor! Du bist verantwortlich für die Gruppenreservierung unserer insgesamt 7 Hotels in Frankfurt. Du kümmerst dich um Folgendes:

  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung der Gruppenreservierungen, Überbuchungen und Optionen
  • Mitverantwortung für die Durchführung von internen Coachings, Crosstrainings und der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter in der Reservierung
  • Überwachung des Forecasts zur Kontrolle der Budgetvorgabe
  • Unterstützung des Sales- sowie des Front Office Teams zu Spitzenzeit

Ob als Hotelprofi oder im Quereinstieg - Du passt zu uns! Denn Persönlichkeit und Gastgeberqualitäten stehen bei uns an erster Stelle! Außerdem zeichnet dich aus:

  • Ausbildung im Hotelfach bzw. Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie/ Gastronomie/telefonischen Kundendienst oder Interesse an einem Quereinstieg
  • Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden - idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung sowie Gastgeberqualitäten und Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie
  • Offenes, kommunikatives Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen sowie eine gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch & Englisch (Wort & Schrift)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft abteilungsübergreifend zu unterstützen - Wir erreichen unsere Erfolge gemeinsam
