Demand Generation Manager

MOTIFE helps international companies build and grow technology teams in Poland through IT recruitment and setting up tech operations. We are a small, experienced team that values ownership, collaboration and seeing the impact of our work. We also publish the Kraków IT Market Report.

You will own lead generation and pipeline growth end to end. The Growth executive team sets the strategy with you; you run the execution without day-to-day supervision. You will start by taking over our live campaigns, then make them work better.

Working model: Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

Recruitment process:

• Portfolio review

• Final interview with hiring manager and a team member (1h, onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch and improve multi-channel campaigns: LinkedIn and Google Ads, email, LinkedIn outreach, ABM, webinars, events and partners.
• Create or coordinate landing pages, case studies, reports and content that convert.
• Own the website, SEO and AI search (AEO/GEO): how MOTIFE shows up in Google and in AI answers.
• Use AI to research accounts, personalise outreach and produce content faster.
• Test messages, channels and targeting constantly, and work with Sales on qualification and follow-up.
• Report on what drives meetings and pipeline. We judge success by qualified meetings and pipeline, not by activity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in B2B demand or lead generation, ideally in IT services, tech, recruitment or professional services.
• A solid grasp of the B2B funnel: MQL/SQL, lead scoring and handover to Sales.
• Strong analytics and a commercial mindset.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot or a similar CRM, a CMS such as Webflow, and an SEO tool.
• A proactive learning mindset and curiosity about new tools and approaches. You enjoy testing new solutions, learning continuously and staying up to date in a fast-evolving field.
• Business and tech copywriting, backed by a portfolio.
• English at C1 level. Daily use of AI tools.
