As a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI), you will join the Web Acquisition team and play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end consumer acquisition experience across a large-scale e-commerce website. Your focus will be on designing high-quality UX and UI for complex, high-impact user journeys, including shop and activation flows.
This is a senior, hands-on design role that requires non-linear thinking - capturing edge cases, multiple states, and interactions through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect final designs. You will work in an agile environment with a strong emphasis on user testing, rapid iteration, and close cross-functional collaboration.
A strong eye for aesthetics, interaction, and visual storytelling is essential, as this team places a high value on cohesive, brand-driven design.

Responsibilities:
UX & UI Design Leadership
- Lead UX and UI design across multiple strategic work streams within the Web Acquisition domain
- Design complex e-commerce journeys, including shopping and activation experiences
- Think holistically about user flows, states, interactions, and edge cases
Design Execution & Craft
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs
- Build multi-version design concepts for user testing and iterate quickly based on insights
- Design responsive experiences across multiple breakpoints with a mobile-first mindset
- Produce prototypes that clearly communicate interactions, motion, and behavior
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with UX Researchers, Content Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders
- Manage your workload and project pipeline in alignment with the team’s software roadmap
- Package, spec, and prepare designs for engineering handoff
Quality & Design Systems
- QA implemented features to ensure visual excellence and consistency
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback to engineering teams
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and style guides in collaboration with the wider Product Design team
Requirements:
Product Design Experience
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products at consumer-focused technology companies
- Proven ability to take designs from concept to final, production-ready UI
- Strong experience designing complex, responsive web experiences
UX, UI & Interaction Skills
- Excellent understanding of interaction design, UI best practices, and accessibility guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to design for multi-state, dynamic experiences
- Experience with page animations, motion, and interaction design
- Familiarity with agile product development environments
Tools & Design Systems
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools such as Principle or After Effects
- Experience building or contributing to design systems and element-based UI libraries

- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
