Senior Software Engineer/Architect

As a Senior Software Engineer/Architect, you'll join a Product Operations team focused on building the next generation of internal automation platforms. Working at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and product strategy, you'll help shape scalable solutions that drive the company's vision of fully automated, zero-touch product deployments. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise and offers the opportunity to leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define the technical architecture for automation platforms that support scalable product provisioning and deployment.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Technical Services to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Build prototypes and technical frameworks that validate architectural concepts and guide engineering implementation.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered development tools to accelerate architecture, prototyping, and solution design.
• Establish architectural standards and best practices that improve consistency across global deployment models.
• Shape the long-term technical direction of internal platforms, ensuring they evolve alongside product and business needs.
• Help create a highly automated engineering ecosystem that enables faster, more reliable customer implementations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or a similar technical role.
• Strong experience designing scalable internal platforms, SaaS products, or complex distributed systems.
• Solid expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with the ability to provide technical direction and hands-on guidance.
• Strong scripting skills using Python and Shell, together with confidence working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience designingcloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• A product-oriented mindset with the ability to balance business priorities and technical decisions.
• Hands-on experience using-or a strong interest in adopting-AI-powered development tools and coding assistants.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• A passion for designing scalable architectures while remaining actively involved in technical implementation when needed.
