As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll join a highly technical support team responsible for resolving complex application and system issues. Acting as the bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, you'll troubleshoot challenging technical problems, identify root causes, and help ensure customers receive timely, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, investigating technical issues, and collaborating across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex technical and application-related issues in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams.
• Work directly with customers to understand problems, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Take ownership of technical cases from investigation through resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Assess the impact and priority of reported issues, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to support effective triage.
• Support application maintenance, feature releases, and other planned technical activities through testing and communication.
• Escalate issues when needed while driving timely resolution and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience supporting complex technical applications or software environments.
• Experience working with automation tools or automated workflows.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and internet technologies, including email protocols such as SMTP and LDAP.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate issues methodically and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both customers and cross-functional technical teams.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during critical situations.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to support troubleshooting and improve productivity.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or experience with ELK Query Language, programming, or prompt engineering would be an advantage.
