What You’ll Do
Partner Management & Enablement
- Manage day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of Installation Partners
- Serve as a trusted resource for partners across installs, processes, tools, and expectations
- Ensure partners stay current on products, hardware, SOPs, and installation standards
- Support onboarding of new partners and technicians
Escalation & Issue Resolution
- Own and resolve partner-related escalations across installation, quality, scheduling, and payment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution
- Communicate clearly with partners throughout the escalation lifecycle
- Identify recurring issues and surface trends to leadership
Performance & Business Reviews
- Track partner performance metrics and operational KPIs
- Prepare insights and support delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews
- Follow up on action items and partner commitments
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Improvement
- Act as the voice of the partner internally and align expectations across teams
- Partner with Product, Hardware, Support, Scheduling, Finance, and Customer Success
- Contribute to process improvements and partner-facing resources
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Background: a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales or Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or operations
- Experience working with third-party partners or service providers
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in hardware installation, field services, or fleet/telematics
- Experience handling escalations or operational issue resolution
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides for business analysis and communication.
Language
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is required - Pakistan (PK)
