The GSSC (Global Shared Services Center) is a centralized internal entity that houses non-sales functions (such as HR, IT, Marketing, Finance and others) under one roof to support the group’s business needs.

About the job: This position will be based in the GSSC office in Mumbai and collaborate closely with the regional Finance teams based in ACS offices across the globe. They will work on various tasks and projects, as assigned by the Finance teams. These will include primary accounting responsibilities such as posting payments and reconciling receipts and additional responsibilities such as reviewing booking forms, verifying supplier invoices and other ad-hoc projects from time-to-time. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
Points to note:
- This is a full time work-from-office job
- The job involves working in shifts to support our global teams. The earliest shift starts at 08:00 IST while the latest shift starts at 12:00 IST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post payment entries in different currencies
- Reconcile payments received
- Assist with financial audits
- Raise sales invoices to customers
- Work on any unplanned, ad-hoc or seasonal projects that may come up from time-to-time
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounts from a reputed university or qualification by experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office and Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of fundamentals in finance and accounting
Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience of working as an Accounts Assistant with reputed organizations
