Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI architecture, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud platforms, MLOps, and modern data engineering practices. This role involves defining AI strategy, designing scalable AI platforms, leading technical teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and architect enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the development of Generative AI and LLM-based applications using modern AI frameworks.
- Define scalable AI platform architecture, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Develop AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, and other foundation models.
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend architecture best practices.
- Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, model security, and compliance standards.
- Optimize AI workloads for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
- Drive solution design, proof of concepts (PoCs), and production implementations.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and security policies.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI solution development.
- 4+ years of experience designing enterprise AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based application development.
- Strong experience with Azure AI services and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience building production-grade RAG solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, AI governance, and Responsible AI principles.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Azure AI Foundry experience
- OpenAI API implementation experience
- Experience with Copilot development
- Knowledge of multi-agent AI frameworks
- Experience with GraphRAG and Knowledge Graphs
- Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, or Manufacturing
