Job Summary :
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team in building innovative AI-powered solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, and other generative models. This is a hands-on engineering role that requires expertise in deep learning, natural language processing, and scalable machine learning systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy applications and APIs powered by generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, DALLE, Stable Diffusion).
- Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) and other generative models for specific business use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to identify opportunities for GenAI integration.
- Evaluate and benchmark open-source and commercial GenAI models.
- Ensure robust testing, monitoring, and performance tuning of deployed models.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and machine learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 35+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on deep learning and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience working with LLMs, diffusion models, or multimodal models (e.g., text-to-image, text-to-audio).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data privacy, bias, and ethical considerations in AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LLM orchestration frameworks, or chatbot frameworks.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research papers.
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
