Business Development (Solo)
Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients to support company growth
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth execution of partnerships
Monitor and evaluate business performance, including revenue growth and partnership effectiveness
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and achieve company targets
Handle contract discussions and support the onboarding process for new partners
Maintain database of leads, clients, and partnership activities
Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnership, or related roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Willing to work on-site and travel within Solo and surrounding areas.
Having a strong local network is a plus.
