Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce.com to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and delivering solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce.com functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging Salesforce.com capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in the training of end-users on new systems and processes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and risks.
- Stay current with Salesforce.com updates and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficient in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of additional CRM platforms or business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or Salesforce.com are a plus.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a business analysis capacity.
