【岗位职责】
1、负责仓库入库流程的优化，提升收货、验货、核对及入库效率，降低人工操作成本。
2、负责实验室检测、工程资料处理等业务场景的数据整理、分析与洞察，为业务优化和管理决策提供数据支持。
3、与仓储、实验室、工程部等团队协作，推动业务流程标准化、数字化及自动化建设，探索 AI、OCR 等工具在实际业务场景中的应用。
4、通过数据分析和跨部门协作，持续发现业务痛点，推动效率改善项目落地。
【任职要求】
1、 本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机等理工科相关专业优先。
2、三年及以上数据分析、业务分析或相关工作经验。
3、具备较强的数据处理和分析能力，熟练使用SQL；具备Python或其他数据分析工具；对 AI 工具及自动化应用熟练，相关实践经验者优先。
4、具备优秀的结构化思维与业务洞察力，能独立负责复杂分析项目，精准定位问题并提出可行建议。
