Senior System Engineer 80-100% (a) Schwerzenbach, Zug

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuen und Weiterentwickeln unserer Kunden
  • Installieren und Betreuen von IT-Lösungen basierend auf folgenden Technologien: Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI-Systeme (Citrix/Horizon/RDS) und Sophos Firewall
  • Durchführen von Wartungen
  • Unterstützung unserer Kundenteams in der täglichen Arbeit
  • 3rd Level Support
  • Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden in technischen Anliegen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich System Engineering
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gutes Fachwissen in unseren Technologien: Microsoft 365 Umgebung (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams), VMware (Horizon VDI, ESX)
  • Motivation zur persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Hohes Mass an Selbstorganisation
  • Empathische Fähigkeiten und respektvollen Umgang mit deinen Kollegen und Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
