Job Summary:

•Gather and analyse network data, ensuring quality and integrity in reporting in line with defined standards and best practices. Enable business use and reporting through the Customer Experience Management (CEM) tool, supporting customer experience analytics, service quality governance, customer impact assessment and data-driven decision-making.

Tasks

Data Analysis & Reporting

•Develop reports, dashboards and insights on network performance, service quality, customer experience and Customer Experience Management (CEM) trends.
•Analyse network and commercial KPIs to identify trends, customer impact and opportunities for performance improvement.
•Provide customer experience and CEM insights to support business decision-making, campaign performance, churn management and revenue assurance initiatives.
•Investigate network-related issues, customer-impacting incidents and service degradation, including assessment of business and revenue impact.
•Support regulatory, service quality and customer experience reporting requirements through data analysis, KPI monitoring and periodic network prioritization exercises.

Regulatory Reporting, Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement

•Monitor network-related regulatory requirements, identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate action plans.
•Analyse NCA Quality of Service drive logs and generate reports to support regulatory reconciliation and compliance monitoring.
•Liaise with the Regulatory team on NCA Quality of Service drives, Network Monitoring System reports and related compliance matters.
•Benchmark regulatory performance reports against MTN reporting systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
•Ensure timely submission of network-related reports, applications and execution of regulatory requirements.

Customer Experience Management & Business Use-Case Support

•Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable reports, dashboards, analytics and platform outputs.
•Enable business use and reporting through the Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform to support customer experience analytics, service quality governance and customer impact assessments.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver CEM use cases and support business decision-making.
•Generate CEM-driven insights to support customer value management, revenue assurance, campaign performance, churn management, digital service performance and business intelligence initiatives.

CEM Platform Support

•Monitor CEM platform availability, performance, data integrity and reliability to support reporting, analytics and operational requirements.
•Support platform validation activities, including log analysis, database checks and monitoring of data lake, HDFS and Spark environments.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

•Degree in Electrical, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering.
•A qualification in Statistics is an added advantage.
•Certification in Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals and/or Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate is an added advantage.

Experience

•Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in a similar role.

Professional/Technical Competencies:

•Network systems technologies, including GSM and WCDMA networks.
•GSM, WCDMA, LTE and NR network architecture, topology, protocols and interfaces.
•Network and commercial KPI analysis.
•Telecommunications protocols and quality-of-service indicators.
•Data visualisation, dashboard design and reporting tools.
•Network performance and event correlation.
•Analytical, diagnostic and risk-management capability.
