Delivery Manager вMWS AI не просто обеспечивает поставку - он интегрирует бизнес-цели, технологические и организационные аспекты, балансируя интересы заказчика, команды и качества результата.

Задачи, которые вас ждут:

  • Координация продуктовых команд и стейкхолдеров

  • Управление процессами разработки: планирование, контроль исполнения задач, выстраивание кросс-командного взаимодействия, разработка и внедрение новых методологий

  • Ведение бэклога по разработке программных продуктов, контроль сроков и качества исполнения, приемка работ

  • Подготовка презентационных и отчетных материалов

  • Управление блокирующими факторами, техническими рисками, обеспечение прозрачного документооборота и коммуникации с бизнесом

Мы ждем от вас:

  • Опыт работы на аналогичных позициях (Delivery/Product Manager) от 3 лет именно в IT и автоматизации, желательно - в области AI/ML

  • Знание SDLC, гибких методологий управления (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

  • Практический опыт работы с кросс-функциональными командами и бизнес-заказчиками, знание инструментов управления задачами (например, Jira, Confluence) и сопровождения CI/CD

  • Способность самостоятельно выявлять и решать риски в процессе разработки и поставки продукта, а также инициировать и реализовывать постоянные улучшения процессов
