We’re looking for a dynamic and technically skilled professional with hands-on experience in retail sales, furniture, interiors, or related fields to join our showroom team.

Job Purpose
Drive showroom and retail sales by understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable furniture solutions, providing technical product guidance, and ensuring a professional customer experience while achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual retail sales targets.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and understand their needs and requirements.
- Recommend suitable furniture products and solutions based on customer needs, space, and budget.
- Provide technical product information, specifications, features, and application guidance.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits clearly to customers.
- Prepare accurate quotations and provide suitable product alternatives when needed.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle until order closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, designers, and retail partners.
- Support showroom displays and ensure products are professionally presented.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and internal teams regarding stock availability and customer requirements.
- Monitor fast-moving products and share customer feedback and market insights with the concerned teams.
- Maintain and regularly update customer data, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM.
- Support after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, technical sales, or a related role.
- Experience in the furniture, office furniture, interiors, or fit-out industry is preferred.
- Strong customer orientation and active listening skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate technical product information into clear and practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis according to showroom working hours.
- Results-oriented, cooperative, and able to work effectively within a team.
