This expansive, direct-client portfolio provides our internal Talent Acquisition team with a highly stable, high-volume pipeline of prime W2 and C2C requirements to staff.
The Role::
We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to source, engage, and place top-tier IT talent across our government and private sector accounts.
While C2C recruitment is a standard, daily part of our operations, your proven expertise in engaging and hiring on W2 contracts is the critical differentiator we are looking for. Because W2 hiring requires a deeper understanding of negotiation and candidate engagement, we need a recruiter who is highly proficient in this area to tackle our specialized direct-client needs.
Key Responsibilities::
- Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT contract roles spanning across our state government and commercial portfolios.
- W2 & C2C Consultant Hiring: Execute standard C2C recruitment seamlessly while leveraging your specialized experience to engage, negotiate with, and hire W2 consultants.
- Public Sector Focus: Interpret and execute on state government job requirements, leveraging your exposure to public sector clients to efficiently fill contract roles.
Required Qualifications & Experience::
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Mandatory State Government Experience: Proven experience recruiting for direct State Government clients is mandatory.
- W2 & C2C Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience hiring consultants on W2 tax terms. While C2C experience is expected as a baseline, your ability to navigate W2 employment types is what will make you successful here.
- Federal Experience (Preferred): Experience recruiting for federal government clients is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to confidently articulate complex project details to senior-level candidates.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of IT technologies, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure environments.
