Darum geht‘s
- Vorbereitung, Organisation und Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Tiefbau mit Schwerpunkt Siedlungsentwässerung und Wasserbau
- Organisation und Ausführung der Wert- und Unterhaltsarbeiten der kommunalen Abwasserinfrastruktur
- Verfassen von Amtsberichten von Bauvorhaben, fachliche Beratung von Bürgern Fachstellen und Behörden
- Erstellung und Bewirtschaftung der Budget- und Finanzplanung
- Vorbereitung von politischen Geschäften für die zuständigen Behörden
Das bringen Sie mit
- Interesse und Engagement für die nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung von kommunalen Inftrastrukuranlagen
- Ausbildung und fachspezifische Fortbildungen (HF/FH) im tiefbautechnischen Bereich
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsstärke nach innen und aussen
- Interdisziplinäres Denken und die Fähigkeit, Lösungen für unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen herbeizuführen
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Bauprojektmanagement
