Du kennst dich mit Server- und Storage-Systemen aus und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Backend-Infrastruktur zuverlässig läuft. Im Bereich ICT und Digitalisierung am Kantonsspital Baden betreibst und entwickelst du unsere Systeme weiter. Du analysierst komplexe Störungen, setzt Infrastrukturprojekte um und automatisierst Abläufe. Die Stelle ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.
Senior System Engineer Backend 80-100%
Deine Aufgaben
- Du betreibst, überwachst und entwickelst unsere Server- und Storage-Plattformen weiter.
- Du stellst die Verfügbarkeit, Leistung und Sicherheit unserer Backend-Systeme sicher.
- Du planst und realisierst Infrastrukturprojekte und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse.
- Du verantwortest das Lifecycle-Management von Server-, Storage- und Virtualisierungssystemen.
- Du analysierst und behebst komplexe Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support.
- Du bringst dein Fachwissen in Architektur- und Designentscheidungen für neue Technologien ein.
- Du automatisierst Betriebsprozesse mit Skripten und Infrastruktur-Tools.
- Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung von Backup-, Disaster-Recovery- und Business-Continuity-Konzepten.
- Du übernimmst Pikettdienst und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Systeme auch ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten zuverlässig funktionieren.
- Du arbeitest mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern und Herstellern zusammen.
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Systemtechnik oder Datacenter-Betrieb.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb von physischen und virtuellen Server-Systemen, insbesondere VMware ESXi, sowie von Storage-Systemen.
- Du analysierst Probleme strukturiert und findest effiziente Lösungen.
- Du behältst auch bei komplexen Störungen und in kritischen Situationen den Überblick.
- Du bist flexibel und bereit, Aufgaben in angrenzenden Fachbereichen zu übernehmen.
- Du lebst in der Deutschschweiz oder hast deinen Lebensmittelpunkt in der Region. So bist du bei Bedarf auch für Einsätze vor Ort gut erreichbar.
