Frontend Engineer

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who can own the complete mobile experience end-to-end. You'll have no layers of process between you and what ships. Join us in building animation-rich, performance-optimized experiences that bring devotional practices to life through technology.

Responsibilities:

• Own architecture, code quality, performance, and reliability for mobile.
• Build animation-rich, devotional-first experiences using Reanimated, Lottie, and Skia.
• Drive offline-first capabilities with SQLite, MMKV, and intelligent caching strategies.
• Lead technical decisions that directly impact millions of users.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience with React Native, with deep expertise in RN internals.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, gesture systems, and native bridges.
• Experience architecting large-scale mobile apps (modularization, performance tuning).
• Solid understanding of iOS/Android build pipelines, OTA updates, and CI/CD (big plus).
• Experience building Hindi/regional language apps or shareable content engines.
• Built apps with daily rituals (meditation, journaling, devotional practices).
• Exposure to LLM-based personalization, ML APIs, or observability tools.
