Обязанности:

Работа с суммированным учетом, составление графиков сменности.

Проведение хронометражных работ, разработка норм выработки/времени.

Ведение кадрового делопроизводства, табельного учета рабочего времени.

Обработка учетных данных и подготовка документов по начислению и оплате труда в 1С: ЗУП 3.1.

Разработка должностных инструкций.

Подготовка отчетности для руководства и государственных органов.

Взаимодействие со страховой компанией по вопросам предоставления услуг ДМС.

Требования:
  • Опыт работы в кадровом подразделении от 3 лет. Знание трудового законодательства РФ, методических материалов по нормированию и оплате труда. Уверенное владение 1С: Зарплата и управление персоналом, версия 3.1 Опытный пользователь ПК в рамках основных редакторов и электронных таблиц.
Условия:
  • Официальное оформление, соблюдение ТК РФ.
  • График работы: пн.-пт. с 08:00 до 16:30.
  • Полный социальный пакет.
  • ДМС.
  • Квартальная премия.
