Sales Account Manager (Creative & Media Services)

Makaseb is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Media Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing deals with clients across the GCC market. You will work closely with the production team to deliver tailored media solutions that help brands achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and qualify inbound leads while proactively generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored Media Production solutions.
• Present the company's services, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.
• Collaborate with the production team to prepare quotations, project scopes, and timelines.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales performance reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Proven experience selling Media Production services is mandatory.
• Previous experience in anadvertising agency, digital marketing agency, or creative industry is required.
• Experience working with GCC clients or markets is required.
• Good understanding of marketing, branding, and content production.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Fast learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
