“Do I need professional experience in AI?” No. This traineeship is designed for people at the beginning of their careers. What matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn and interest in Data & AI.

“Will I be expected to work independently from day one?” Not at all. You'll receive mentoring, guidance and regular support from experienced team members while gradually increasing your responsibilities.

“Do I need to know every technology listed?” No. Some familiarity is helpful, but we value learning potential and analytical thinking more than extensive technical experience.

What will help you succeed in this role

• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL, which will help you work with data and support analytics and AI initiatives.

• Interest in Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Generative AI, allowing you to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies.

• A technical or quantitative academic background, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn, as you’ll be continuously exposed to new tools, technologies and business challenges.

• Ability to organize your work and communicate clearly, helping you collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Advanced English, as you’ll work with international teams and participate in global initiatives.

• Exposure to Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Git or AI-related projects is a plus, but not essential.

Your mission

Your mission will be tosupport the development and continuous improvement of Data and AI solutions, helping the team improve business processes, enhance user experiences and unlock value through data-driven innovation.

What will you do?

• Support the maintenance and evolution of the AI Assistant used by the commercial network, including content updates, testing and configuration activities.

• Prepare and validate data for AI initiatives, contributing to data quality, ETL activities and reporting through tools such as Databricks and Power BI.

• Collaborate on Machine Learning and Generative AI initiatives, gaining exposure to model preparation, evaluation and testing activities.

• Participate in proofs of concept and innovation projects, working alongside business, IT and international stakeholders.

• Document and communicate findings, ensuring compliance with data quality, governance, privacy and responsible AI standards.
