  • AWS AgentCore and AWS Bedrock for developing, deploying, governing, and scaling enterprise AI applications and AI agents.
  • Agent orchestration frameworks such as Strands and implementation of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure integration of AI agents with enterprise tools, services, and data sources.
  • Model management practices including model selection, evaluation, testing, versioning, deployment, monitoring, guardrails, and lifecycle management.
  • Token economics and AI cost optimization, including token consumption analysis, usage forecasting, model utilization monitoring, inference cost management, and financial governance.
  • Engineering and operational excellence practices focused on reliability, observability, security, and cost controls, including monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, incident management, performance tuning, resiliency patterns, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
  • Cloud-native software engineering using APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, containerization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and platform automation.
  • AI governance, security, responsible AI controls, and risk management practices required to support compliant and secure enterprise adoption of AI technologies.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance two days per week at our Columbus, Ohio (preferred), Des Moines, Iowa, or Scottsdale, Arizona office locations.
