Tarefas e Responsabilidades

Analista Desenvolvedor(a) SENIOR para atuar na sustentação de sistemas críticos (nível 3), com foco em estabilidade, performance e rápida resolução de incidentes.

Essa pessoa terá papel fundamental na garantia da continuidade dos serviços, atuando em ambientes desafiadores e de missão crítica, com tecnologias modernas e arquitetura distribuída.

Horário de trabalho: DE SABÁDO A QUARTA DAS 09h00 às 18h00, sendo que as FOLGAS serão às quintas e sextas-feiras.

Atuar no suporte nível 3, resolvendo incidentes complexos e de alto impacto

Realizar troubleshooting em sistemas distribuídos e microserviços

Atuar em situações de crise (war room) com rapidez e assertividade

Identificar causa raiz e propor melhorias estruturais

Monitorar aplicações e garantir performance e estabilidade

Apoiar processos de gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças

Trabalhar com múltiplas tecnologias e ambientes cloud

Perfil analítico, crítico e investigativo

Senso de urgência e ownership

Capacidade de atuar sob pressão em cenários críticos

Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe

Formação superior completa em Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas
