Enterprise Solutions Consultant

Join Navan, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as an Enterprise Solutions Consultant for our Expense product line. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations, to ensure client satisfaction and exceed goals. You will leverage your accounting and finance expertise to implement our Expense solution and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a solutions consulting or implementation role within a fintech company, strong communication skills, and a background in accounting/finance.

Missions

• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and exceed goals.
• Utilize expertise in accounting and finance, along with knowledge of the expense management platform, to implement the Expense solution and drive revenue.
• Act as a subject matter expert to support Account Managers, resolve queries related to policy efficiencies, and train the Account Management organization on product capabilities.

Profil recherché

- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager or Professional Services Consultant position within a rapidly growing fintech company, working with large strategic customers

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects

- 4+ years accounting/finance background with experience with ERP systems integrations and/or month end close

- Demonstrable track record of high performance and success
