Data Scientist II
Belgrade, Serbia - hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to solve business challenges and drive measurable business value.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Apply statistical, predictive, and optimization techniques to improve operational performance and support decision-making.
- Design and maintain business metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical data products used by stakeholders across the company.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.
- Build and enhance analytical datasets, data models, and reporting solutions using modern cloud technologies.
- Communicate insights and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across analytical and reporting solutions.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data science, analytics, AI, and cloud platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Azure Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and GitHub.
- Experience applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and optimization methods to real-world business problems.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with optimization, forecasting, or predictive analytics.
- Experience with AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Experience deploying analytics or machine learning solutions in a cloud environment.
