Nearmap is an aerial imagery and location intelligence company founded in Australia in 2007. It captures high-resolution vertical and oblique aerial photos, 3D models and AI-derived property data across Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada several times a year, and sells subscription access to governments, insurers, builders, utilities and solar installers. The company is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, with its North American base in Lehi, Utah.

Property intelligence is reshaping how the world understands the built environment, and Nearmap is driving that. We put powerful aerial imagery, AI-driven analytics, and geospatial tools into the hands of the people who plan, build, insure, and govern the places we all live and work. Our technology turns property uncertainty into decisive action, and our culture brings out the best in the people who build it.

We move fast, we care about craft, and we're proud of what we're building. If you're energized by turning hard problems into real-world impact, we'd love to meet you.

We are seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to build and scale a best-in-class global People Operations function. This hands-on senior individual contributor will deliver exceptional employee experiences, simplify complex processes, and accelerate our shift toward self-service, automation, and AI-enabled operations. • Evaluate, pilot and roll out AI-enabled workflows and assistants, with appropriate data privacy, security and human-review controls, and measure their impact on efficiency and employee experience.
  • Translate business needs into scalable system solutions; support testing, implementation, documentation and change management.

Operational Excellence & Employee Experience

  • Design and document standard operating procedures, ownership models, service standards and knowledge resources.
  • Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable process improvements.

  • Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews and reporting.
  • Track operational metrics such as completion time, data accuracy, self-service adoption and employee experience.

Projects & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Influence partners through clear communication and practical recommendations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to colleagues without direct people-management accountability.
