Quality Engineer
Enhance customer satification, together with team member to define annual objective(delivery/quality goal), push quality continuous improvement activities implemention, orgnize 8D meeting to support team to improve KPI(internal &external scrap rate), work as internal and external interface, showing good serive for plant, PDC and customer, good coordinator for mass production quality improve program, high support for advanced product validation activities.
Inspect customers’ quality target and performance, and review production lines to ensure process in control, termly internal audit to find abnormal of process, alert firstly and push triangle team members to improve, meanwhile with stronge support.
Good communication with customer, prepare and report at customer side for quality issue solution and quality improvement, for internal origanize 8D analysis, correction plan following.
Deal with nonconforming products and push the team to do analysis the root cause and set up action plan about the nonconformity, follow the status & effective of preventive and corrective actions.
Follow the quality improvement projects and follow up PPAP status, push the team to do continue improvement.
Follow audit plan, including regular and random pro audit, and follow findings action plan.
Support for the quality data analysis planning and regular quality report preparation.
Quality concept & basic tool training for relative persons
Coach and good influence of quality engineer, good leader model for QE
