Neocol is hiring its first dedicated marketing hire - one generalist responsible for making sure Sales, Alliances, and Delivery tell our story well, everywhere it counts.

As Neocol's first marketing generalist, you'll own the content, brand, and event work that keeps our story consistent and our go-to-market teams equipped - from web copy and client case studies to social media and Salesforce event support. You'll work directly alongside Sales, Alliances, and Delivery, turning what's happening in the business into content and assets that move deals forward. This is a foundation-building seat: you'll stand up the templates, calendars, and asset library that make marketing repeatable, not just react to requests as they land. It's breadth over depth by design - you won't own one channel deeply, you'll cover many well, with no marketing team around you to catch what slips.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Write and produce content across web, social, email, press releases, and sales collateral in Neocol's voice, with minimal oversight
• Build and maintain content templates so every requester across Sales, Alliances, and Delivery gets fast, consistent, on-brand output
• Partner with Sales and Delivery to capture and produce client case studies, growing a case study library the team can rely on
• Apply Neocol's brand and style guide consistently across every marketing touchpoint
• Maintain the central marketing asset library so brand files, templates, and decks stay current and easy to find
• Run Neocol's event and content calendar, supporting webinars and in-person events like QBRs and Dreamforce
• Manage a rolling 30-day content calendar across social and digital channels, including video and other rich-media assets
• Use AI platforms as a core working method to draft, repurpose, and scale content production

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 5+ years in a B2B marketing generalist, content marketing, or marketing coordinator role, comfortable owning breadth rather than one deep specialty
• Demonstrated experience producing content across multiple formats: web copy, social, email, and press-release-style writing
• Experience supporting event logistics and content prep, virtual or in-person
• Experience applying an established brand/style guide consistently across output
• Professional English fluency, given daily collaboration with US, Canada, and UK stakeholders
• Active, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini) as part of your regular content workflow
• Comfortable working as a solo marketing resource without an established marketing team around you
