Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Front-end Engineer proficient in React to join our dynamic team. As a front-end engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components and workflows that enhance user experience. Experience with responsive design principles, a design-based approach to front-end development, and the ability to leverage Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-5 for enhanced productivity are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade React applications using React + TypeScript.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement and integrate user interfaces with server-side functionality.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Utilize language models (e. g., GPT-5) to optimize development workflows and improve productivity.
• Apply design-based principles to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) working as a front-end engineer or in a similar role.
• Expert-level React.js with TypeScript (hooks, context, performance optimization).
• Proven proficiency in developing responsive web applications using React.js, incorporating component-based architecture, state management, and optimization techniques for enhanced performance.
• Modern build tools (Webpack 5 and Vite) with configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and system design.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, etc. ).
• Familiarity with performance profiling tools (React DevTools, Lighthouse).
• Design-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and code review.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries
• Understanding of UX design principles and accessibility standards.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading frontend initiatives.
